How can I pay? You can pay by cash, credit/debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. Mostly we send you a payment link to pay online using a card
How do I get my tapes to you?
You can either send them to our address below or deliver personally to our office. If delivering it may be best to ring first to save a wasted journey. If posting please use recorded delivery or special delivery. Please let us know by email that you have sent something.
I don’t know how long my tapes are
It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how long your tapes are. If any tape is over 2 hours we will let you know.
How long will it take?
It depends on the size of the order. Most small orders are completed in a couple of days.
I don’t know what type of tapes I have
If you don’t know what type of tapes you have then just send or bring them in. We can do most tapes available. You can see some tape formats here
How much will my Cine transfer cost?
The cost depends on the number of films. You can find out the cost of Cine Transfer here or you can look at our transfer calculator to get a rough idea of the cost.
